Adam is a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). He is on the Government Affairs Committee of CARW. He is a former executive board member of the Young Professionals of Waukesha County and is a graduate of Leadership Waukesha.
