| Brett joined the Brookfield office of NAI MLG Commercial in 2008 as a sales associate. As part of the industrial segment, Brett’s expertise includes exclusive tenant/landlord representation, client site searches, real estate acquisition and disposition as well as leasing. Over the past 3.5 years, he has completed over 100 transactions, both sale and lease, totaling over 850,000 square feet. His sale transactions alone total over $11 million in value.

| Brett graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelors of Science in both real estate and finance. While attending Marquette, he was an active member of the Marquette Real Estate Club.

Prior to becoming a sales associate, Brett was a broker intern for the industrial group at NAI MLG Commercial. In this role, he assisted brokers and their support staff in all aspects of commercial real estate.

| Brett is a licensed Wisconsin real estate sales person and is an active member of the Real Estate Alumni Marquette program where he volunteers on the founding committee. Brett is also an active member of Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) where he volunteers on the membership committee. |
