| Brian has worked for the MLG retail team for over 11 years. As Principal, he oversees the day-to-day brokerage operations of the retail properties group. He focuses on identifying land for retail shopping center development, retail leasing and sales and tenant representation. Since the change in the global real estate market in 2008, Brian has shifted his focus to working with numerous banks in the market selling REO properties and consulting with them on what to do with their retail assets.

| Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Brian was president of the Finance Association and founder of the Investment Club while attending the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

| Brian joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2000 and became a retail sales associate in 2001. As the outstanding new sales associate in 2002, Brian was awarded NAI MLG Commercial’s “Rookie of the Year” award. In 2006, Brian was promoted to Vice President and in 2007 promoted to Senior Vice President of the retail team. He was named Principal in 2011. |
Brian is a Wisconsin licensed commercial real estate sales associate and member of the Commercial Association of Realtors (CARW), NAI, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Retail Council of the NAI board. He is currently a candidate as a Certified Commercial Investment Broker (CCIM) as he completes the remaining courses.

- Across the US – Sold over 250 acres of outlots and 28 closed stores for ShopKo in 18 states
- Ashwaubenon, WI – Represented the seller of 16 acres of land and negotiation of a 98,000 square foot JCPenney (one of the first new formats in 2004) along with 80,000 square feet of additional retail
- Fond du Lac, WI – Represented a developer in the purchase of 25 acres of land and negotiation of a 78,000 square foot Festival Foods Grocery store along with almost 90,000 square feet of additional retail space and 4 outlots of the shopping center
- Hales Corners, WI – Negotiated a 20 year lease with Sentry Foods and 15 small shop retail deals in the shopping center
- Wauwatosa, WI – Represented a developer in the purchase of 6 acres on Mayfair Road and negotiation of a 60,000 square foot Pick ‘n Save lease along with almost 10,000 square feet of small shop retail on the outlots of the shopping center
