Scope of Service Experience
As president of NAI MLG Commercial, Bruce oversees all of the brokerage operations. He is specifically involved with site acquisition and development, site selection and negotiation on behalf of national and international retail clients. Bruce has been at the center of numerous high-profile retail development projects in Wisconsin as well as the acquisition of existing shopping centers nationwide. Bruce has also served numerous national retail clients with site selection and has become a trusted resource for customers due to his extensive knowledge of the Wisconsin market.

Bruce graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1984 with a degree in Marketing.
Background & Experience
Bruce graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1984 and joined NAI MLG Commercial as a principal in 1990 after 6 years in commercial real estate. Under Bruce’s direction NAI MLG Commercial has grown from less than 10 brokers in one office to more than 70 brokers in three offices across Wisconsin. In 2003, Bruce received the NAI Global Fitzgerald award presented to the individual who has done the most to foster the growth of cooperative NAI Global business across the world. He was also recognized as NAI Global’s retail “Best of Class” for generating the most retail business of over 3,500 NAI agents. He is a past president of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
Bruce is a member of the Community Development Authority for the City of Glendale and has served a major role in the redevelopment of the Bayshore Town Center. Bruce is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). ICSC is the global trade association of the shopping center industry.
Significant Transactions
Bruce has been involved in numerous shopping center acquisitions and dispositions in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Alabama and Florida. He has also played a major role in the Bayshore Town Center redevelopment in Glendale, Wisconsin. Bruce is spearheading the acquisition and development of a major riverfront parcel in Downtown Milwaukee that appeals to office, retail and restaurant users and will include riverfront condominiums.
