| Charlotte's assignments have included office leasing, site analysis, local and national corporate relocations, commercial investment property sales, acquisitions and consulting.

| Charlotte received her B.A. in management and communications from Alverno College, attended graduate courses at Marquette University's School of Business Administration, and received her CCIM designation in 1995.

Charlotte joined NAI MLG Commercial as a sales associate with the office team in 1987. She was the 1992, 1993, and 1998 recipient of NAI MLG Commercial’s “Sales Associate of the Year” award, having earned the highest sales in the company, as well as the runner up for 1995 and 1996. Prior to joining NAI MLG Commercial, Charlotte was president of Pope Scientific in Menomonee Falls.

Charlotte is a past president of the Commercial Association of Realtors, past chairman of the Professional Standards Committee of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin. Charlotte currently serves on the Commercial Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee and is a past chairman of RPAC (Realtors Political Action Committee). Charlotte is a founding member of WCREW (Wisconsin Commercial Real Estate Women), a current member of the National Association of Realtors, serves on the office and investment council of NAI MLG Commercial and is past president and director of the Wisconsin CCIM Chapter. She is also an advisory board member of Chicago Title.
