Chester brings over 25 years of experience in the management, engineering and operating of commercial and multifamily properties. As President of MLG Management, he oversees all property management operations, which includes building operations, tenant relations and renewals, property accounting and tenant and capital construction for over 125 commercial and multifamily properties in the states of Florida, Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin & Texas.
Chester started with MLG in 1996 with a staff of 4 people, managing 6 properties totaling 600,000 square feet, and through his strategic planning, resourcefulness and excellent client service, he now directs the management of over 125 properties, consisting of over 7,000,000 square feet with a staff of over 60 professionals.
In 2003, MLG Management achieved the AMO designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) through Chester’s efforts. The AMO accreditation recognizes excellence among real estate management firms. Only those firms that achieve the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability and have a CPM in an executive position can earn the AMO credential.
In 2008, through Chester’s efforts, MLG Management was awarded the “Property Management Company” of the year award from the Milwaukee chapter of the Building Owners and Manager’s Association (BOMA).
Starting in 2008, Chester has been appointed a “receiver” through the Milwaukee County courts for numerous foreclosed properties on behalf of several local and national lending institutions. |
