| Jalal is responsible for all facets of the Information Services Department at MLG, including network administration, Geographic Information Systems, web sites and applications design and development, programming and database administration, Xceligent, Costar and LoopNet data interface, information systems vendor negotiations, evaluating current technical needs and determining courses of action, and directing the efforts of the Information Systems team members. Additionally, Jalal co-leads MLG's Marketing team. Jalal is proficient in a variety of programming languages and operating systems, and has a wide knowledge base in the information services and technologies fields. |
| Jalal holds a BS from UW Milwaukee in Computer Science.

| Prior to joining MLG, Jalal spent a year with Kedestra, Inc., a fourteen-person start-up technology services company specializing in web-based software applications for the commercial real estate industry. In his role as Senior Software Engineer, he was responsible for user interface design, database administration, software architectural design, and network operations. |
Jalal was the recipient of MLG’s Employee Leadership Award in 2001 and 2005.
