Scope of Service Experience
Jody joined NAI MLG Commercial in 1997 and has more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience. Jody provides expert assistance with leasing, property management, tenant representation and development. She helps property owners improve and sell or lease their space quickly. She also represents national and local companies searching for office space or site selections for lease or purchase. Jody represents medical clients, law firms, financial institutions, government agencies and other corporate clients in their search for office space or building acquisition.

Jody holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in economics.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining the organization, she was vice president at a commercial real estate company where she gained experience in leasing and property management. She has been a guest speaker for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s real estate department.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
Jody has a State of Wisconsin Real Estate License and has received her Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is the Immediate Past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Wisconsin and the Apartment Owners and Managers Association of Greater Milwaukee (BOMA/AOMA) and a co-chairperson of the Governmental Advocacy committee for BOMA. Jody is also a member of CARW (Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), an affiliate member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a co-chairperson for the Real Estate Alliance for Charities Winter Gala, a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and has been a featured speaker at the WI Chapter of the Appraisal Institute’s 5th Annual Year In Review seminar. In addition, Jody is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Her outstanding leadership and contributions to the real estate industry were recognized with the CARW 2001 Realtor of the Year award.
Significant Transactions
Jody has sold office buildings in the Northshore, Downtown Milwaukee and Pewaukee markets as well as multiple communities in between. She has worked on tenant relocations, such as Cap H, as well as national tenants opening new locations in Milwaukee, such as Regus International.
