| Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Commercial Real Estate and Marketing from Marquette University. Joe was the Director of Membership/Marketing for Marquette’s Real Estate Club from 2008 to 2009.
Along with a team of other Marquette students, Joe finished first place in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP’s) 2009 University Challenge, held in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The University Challenge is a challenging competition involving university teams from real estate departments/clubs playing the part of a developer considering purchase and development of a commercial real estate site. |
Prior to becoming a Sales Associate, Joe worked as a Licensed Office Broker Intern for NAI MLG Commercial. In this role, Joe assisted brokers in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry including compiling quarterly Office Market Reports, accompanying brokers on site showings, cold calling and property valuations and maintaining a database of office tenants throughout Milwaukee.
Joe also worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at the Small Business Times in Milwaukee and as an Office Assistant at Grubb & Ellis | Paramount Commerce in Grand Rapids, Michigan. |
| Joe is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Realtor Association and apart of the Special Olympics of Wisconsin, Young Professionals Board of Directors. |
