Jon is responsible for investigating and assessing various options for prospective clients, as well as providing support in the negotiation process. | Jon earned a B.S. in marketing with a minor in economics and political science from Marquette University in 1994.

Jon has over seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, formerly working with The Boerke Company, Inc. During his career, Jon has developed a deep understanding of the real estate environment in Southeastern Wisconsin. His marketing and selling strategies, along with his ability to listen to a client’s needs, allow him to develop successful Tenant/Landlord and Buyer/Seller relationships. Jon’s annual transactions have exceeded one million square feet in sales and leases, and over $19 million in transaction values.

Jon is a Wisconsin licensed commercial real estate broker and member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) and Wisconsin Realtors Association. He also enjoys coaching basketball at St. Jerome Grade School in Oconomowoc.
