| Karen earned her B.A. in education from De Pauw-University in Greencastle, Indiana. Karen earned her CCIM designation in August 1996 and has served as a director and a former president of the Wisconsin CCIM chapter.

Prior to joining NAI MLG Commercial, she was a commercial real estate broker for the Milwaukee Investment Realty Company from 1986-1990. Her primary focus at Milwaukee Investment Realty was the sale of apartment buildings and complexes.

Karen is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and has served in several board positions with the association. She is a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors, the Waukesha County Board of Realtors and the Office Council of NAI MLG Commercial. A former president of the Wisconsin CCIM chapter, she continues her association with the local and national institute.
