| Stephen joined NAI MLG Commercial as a sales associate for the industrial group in 2000. In 2003, Stephen was promoted from vice president to senior vice president and in 2004 he was promoted to principal. Stephen plays an active role as a segment leader in the industrial group while working and advising diligently with his clients regarding space acquisitions and dispositions, site selections, lease negotiations and management, real estate strategies and financial analysis. He has expanded his expertise in commercial real estate to include selling investment real estate as well as successfully working on other projects within all segments of the brokerage company.

| In 1990, Stephen received a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is licensed to practice real estate in Wisconsin, a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association and the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW).

Prior to joining NAI MLG Commercial, Stephen worked for over 10 years as a commercial lender with US Bank and JP Morgan/Chase Bank. His banking background gave him valuable experience working with various types and sizes of companies ranging from new, start-up companies to large Fortune 500 companies. His prior banking experience along with his finance degree has given Stephen the advantage over other commercial brokers as he assists his clients in structuring appropriate financing to support their growth. Stephen attributes his success in commercial real estate to his dedication to the industry, hard work ethic and the relationships he developed throughout his banking career. This along with his continued networking has enabled Stephen to strengthen his existing relationships while establishing new relationships throughout the real estate industry.

| Stephen is active in various commercial real estate boards as he has recently been appointed for a second term as a director of the board for the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) along with current positions on the Ethics and Standards Committee and the Social Events Committee. He was a past chairperson of the New Member Committee. Stephen is on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA). Stephen is currently a candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Association (CCIM) as he completes the required courses. Stephen is also very involved with coaching his two sons in various sports and is on the Board of Directors of Tripoli Country Club where he is also the Chair of the Golf Committee. |
| Stephen has worked with clients such as Regal-Beloit where he sold a 250,000+ SF industrial facility and earned the 2006 CARW Deal of the Year Award. Other clients include CenterPoint Properties, Rock Transfer & Storage, Kubin-Nicholson, Chicago Tube & Iron, Midas, US Fire Protection and the Village of Germantown. |
