| Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He also minored in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. Kevin was also the President of UWM’s Collegiate Entrepreneurship Organization (CEO).
Kevin was the winner of UWM’s New Venture Business Plan Competition in 2009. The goal of the New Venture Business Plan Competition is to foster entrepreneurial spirit among UWM students and alumni, promote practical business skills, and encourage the creation of new, for-profit ventures. |
Prior to becoming a Sales Associate, Kevin worked as a Licensed Retail Broker Intern for NAI MLG Commercial. In this role, Kevin assisted brokers in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry. His duties included performing site and market analyses through the use of demographic technology and geographical information services, creating Opinion of Value’s for clients, executing site tours for potential tenants and investors and financial modeling.
Kevin also currently operates PantherRent.com, a Website that streamlines the student-housing search for UWM students. PantherRent.com seeks to save both students and landlords time and money. Kevin intends to expand his business further than just the UWM campus, through CollegeRent101.com.
Kevin has worked as the Business Manager for the UWM Post and as an Intern for Prudential Premiere Real Estate in Janesville, Wisconsin. |
