| Curt joined NAI MLG Commercial as an intern and personal assistant in the industrial segment in 1995. His expertise is in leasing and commercial property sales and acquisitions. Curt specializes in the sale and lease of industrial land and buildings for both users and investors. Diverse assignments have included marketing and sales of vacant land, exclusive representation of tenants and buyers, auction sales, zoning changes and providing nationwide exposure for local properties.

| Curt received his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1997.

Prior to joining NAI MLG Commercial, Curt fulfilled an internship with Smith Barney.

Curt is a Wisconsin licensed commercial real estate broker and member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) and the Industrial Council of New America International. He serves on the CARW membership committee and the CARW ethics and standards committee. In 2007 he presented the NAIOP market update for industrial.
