Scope of Service Experience

As Principal, Brian oversees the day-to-day brokerage operations of the retail properties group. He focuses on identifying land for retail shopping center development, retail leasing and sales, and tenant representation. The change in the global real estate market in 2008 shifted Brian’s focus to working with numerous banks in the market selling REO properties and consulting with them on what to do with their retail assets. With the market improving, he is now helping developers build new centers and identifying areas for potential or speculative development while maintaining the relationships he built with area banks.
