Brian Vanevenhoven, Senior Vice President, Retail Brokerage
Brian joined the Retail Brokerage group of NAI MLG Commercial in 2000, became a Sales Associate in 2001 and Vice President in 2006. As the outstanding new sales associate in 2002, Brian was awarded NAI MLG Commercial's "Rookie of the Year" award. Brian focuses on identifing land for shopping center development locally and throughout the country, shopping center leasing and tenant representation through detailed market analysis.

As branch manager Chuck oversees the brokerage operations of the Madison office. He has more than 17 years commercial real estate experience and strong knowledge of the Madison market. Chuck has expertise in office leasing, site selection, tenant representation and property disposition. He is also a former President of the Madison Commercial Brokers Group, consisting of approximately 200 members.

Curt Pitzen, Senior Vice President, Industrial Brokerage
Curt joined NAI MLG Commercial as an intern and personal assistant in the industrial segment in 1995. His expertise is in leasing and commercial property sales and acquisitions. Curt specializes in the sale and lease of industrial land and buildings for both users and investors. Diverse assignments have included marketing and sales of vacant land, exclusive representation of tenants and buyers, auction sales, zoning changes and providing nationwide exposure for local properties.

Curt received his B.B.A. degree in finance and real estate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Tim Brunow, Senior Vice President, Office Brokerage
Tim has done extensive work compiling market research on the Metro Milwaukee office market, while building relationships with Milwaukee area businesses introducing the services of NAI MLG Commercial. Tim's expertise is in office leasing, site selection, and tenant representation. Tim represents national and local tenants in the acquisition of office space for corporate headquarters and branch offices. He has developed and implemented successful strategies for the sale of vacant land for development, and the lease and sale of office buildings.

Tim earned a B.B.A. degree in real estate and urban economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ryan Persitza, Vice President, Industrial Brokerage
Ryan joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2001. Ryan's expertise in Industrial Real Estate has led to successful execution of lease and dispostion strategies. Ryan has also assembled vacant land and adaptive re-use development opportunties that have included single and multi-family, retail, office and mixed-use.

Ryan received his Bachelors Degree in finance and real estate and urban development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In 2004, Ryan earned his Master's of Science in Accounting also from UWM. Ryan is a graduate of the first Six Sigma course designed specifically for commercial real estate.
