Semper FI Roofing, Inc. has leased 6,000 SF located at 1400 Ellis St. in Waukesha, Wisconsin from Ellis Street Storage, LLC. Adam Matson and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.

Ministry Health Care's corporate office has renewed its lease of 22,285 SF at 11925 W. Lake Park Dr. in Milwaukee from Westminster Funds. Jack Jacobson and Tim Janusz of NAI MLG Commercial represented Ministry Health Care on the lease renewal and renegotiation.
