Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin, Inc. has leased 5,800 SF located at 3720 N 124th St., in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin from KL 124th Partners, LLC. Stephen Provancher and Tim Janusz of NAI MLG Commercial represented KL 124th Partners, LLC in the transaction.

Oconomowoc Area School District has sold 90,105 SF located at 623 Summit Ave in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin to Oconomowoc School Apartments, LLC. Karen Johnson of NAI MLG Commercial represented Oconomowoc School Apartments, LLC in the transaction.
