MILWAUKEE, WI – February 26, 2013 – NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce the details of our recently completed transactions:

Supplement Warehouse.com has expanded into the remaining 23,634 SF located at 2440 W. Corporate Preserve Dr., in Oak Creek, Wisconsin from Somerset Properties. Supplement Warehouse.com now occupies 100% of the 68,700 SF building located in the Liberty Corporate Preserve just off of 27th Street and Ryan Road in Oak Creek that was originally built by Liberty Property Trust. Supplements expansion is the direct result of the continued success of the vitamin and nutritional supplement company has had which sells most of its products online.

Stephen Provancher originally worked with SupplementWarehouse.com in 2008 when Robert Lauby decided to expand his operations from Greenfield into 37,000 SF of the subject multi-tenant building. He expanded into an additional 7,566 SF in January 2011 and now will expand into the entire facility which has never been 100% leased since it was built in 2007.

8208 West Appleton LLC has sold 4,000 SF located at 8210 W. Appleton Ave., in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Appleton Rental Homes LLC. Curt Pitzen and Travis Tiede of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.

Omni Services LLC has leased 2,550 SF located at 78 Enterprise Rd., in Delafield, Wisconsin from Gregory A. Smith. Curt Pitzen and Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial represented Gregory A. Smith and Mitchell Starczynski of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction for Omni Services LLC.

Art Nails has leased 1,165 SF located at 134 E. Capitol Dr., in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from Pieper Properties, Inc. Brian Vanevenhoven and Scott Satula of NAI MLG Commercial represented Pieper Properties, Inc. in the transaction.

Rock Transfer & Storage, Inc. has leased 54,632 SF located at 130-150 W. Edgerton Ave., in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from BCL Edgerton, LLC. Stephen Provancher and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.

Martin 4 Trucking, Inc. has leased 3,000 SF located at 178 N. Royal Ave., in Belgium, Wisconsin from Barbara Gustafson. Stephen Provancher and Travis Tiede of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.
