Brookfield, WI (September 2, 2004) - NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce that Nimrod Horse Farms has sold 42 acres of land located at the southeast corner of Hwy 67 and Hwy 30 (aka Co. Trunk DR), just south of I-94 in the Town of Summit, Wisconsin to Lloyd Williams and Todd Krempasky. Karen Johnson, of NAI MLG Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.

The Pabst Farms Development surrounds the 42-acre parcel. The property will be developed as condominiums, office and retail in a town center within a mixed-use development.
