Brookfield, WI (April 26, 2006) - NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce the following closed transactions:

DeRosa Corporation has purchased an approximately 6,500-square-foot retail space located at 20371 W. Bluemound Road in the Town of Brookfield, Wisconsin from B & G Realty, Inc. Bruce Westling, Sean Osborne, and Marva Metzger of NAI MLG Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.

Biker's Outlet, LLC has leased a 2,940-square-foot space located at 16900-17052 W. Victor Road in New Berlin, Wisconsin from Anchor Management Services X, LLC. Steve Anderson, Nicole Hohnstein, Tuck Maxon and Russ Sagmoen of NAI MLG Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.

Ridgeview Business II, LLC has leased a 40,620-square-foot industrial space located in the Ridgeview Business Center II at N22 W23855 Ridgeview Parkway in Pewaukee, Wisconsin to Walter Waukesha. Barry Chavin, Bruce Westling and Curt Pitzen of NAI MLG Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.

J.R. Rodgers & Associates, Inc. has leased a 3,139-square-foot office space located in Summit Place at 6737 W. Washington Street in West Allis, Wisconsin from J.R. Whitnall Summit Company. Lyle Landowski of NAI MLG Commercial represented J.R. Rodgers & Associates, Inc. in the transaction.
