MILWAUKEE (October 19, 2007) - NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce the following closed transactions:

Dan R. and Helen Cassiani Revocable Trust has leased 15,228 square feet located at 301 W. Vogel Road in Milwaukee, Wis. to Sigma Exteriors, Inc. Adam Matson and Stephen Provancher of NAI MLG Commercial represented Revocable Trust and Adam Matson, Tuck Maxon and Curt Pitzen of NAI MLG Commercial represented Sigma Exteriors, Inc. in the transaction.

Ace Industrial Properties has leased 900 square feet located at 21005 Watertown Road in Brookfield, Wis. to Engel & Engel, LLC. Tim Brunow and Steffi Krolikowski of NAI MLG Commercial represented Ace Industrial Properties in the transaction.

Corporate Square, LLC has leased 5,000 square feet located at 7300 S. 13th St. in Oak Creek, Wis. to Young Touchstone. Tim Brunow and Steffi Krolikowski of NAI MLG Commercial represented Corporate Square, LLC in the transaction.

Frederick L. Kirsch has sold 6,700 square feet located at 4175 N. 124th St. in Brookfield, Wis. to Christian Hlavinka. Stephen Provancher and Adam Matson of NAI MLG Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.

MLG Limited Partnership and MLG Development, Inc. have sold 3.247 acres in the Edgerton Business Park located in Edgerton, Wis. to T-Squared, L.L.C who is constructing a facility for Large Format Digital on the site. John Henderson and Vytau Barcas of NAI MLG Commercial represented both parties in the transaction.

The City of Kaukauna has sold the following parcels of land in Commerce Crossing, located at the Northwest corner of Hwy. 41 and State Hwy. 55 in Kaukauna, Wis.: Elite Mortgage Solutions, Inc. has purchased 1.37 acres in Commerce Crossing. Patrick Connor of NAI MLG Commercial represented the City of Kaukauna in the transaction. Go Wireless has purchased 3.5 acres in Commerce Crossing. Ross Fuller and Patrick Connor of NAI MLG Commercial represented the City of Kaukauna and Go Wireless in the transaction. Tri County Investments, LLC has purchased 4.27 acres in Commerce Crossing. Ross Fuller and Patrick Connor of NAI MLG Commercial represented the City of Kaukauna in the transaction.
