MILWAUKEE (July 12, 2010) - NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce the following closed transactions:

·Universal Electronics Inc. has leased 27,500 SF located at 2815 Buell Drive in East Troy, Wisconsin from Honey Creek Equities 2815, LLC. Adam Matson and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial and Dave Hazenfield of The Dickman Company, Inc. represented Universal Electronics Inc. in the transaction. John Henderson and Vytau Barcas of NAI MLG Commercial represented Honey Creek Equities 2815, LLC in the transaction.

·Benjamin C. Gorenc has leased 3,000 SF located at 308 Wilmont Drive in Waukesha, Wisconsin from Cozza Enterprises, LLC. Curt Pitzen and Brett Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.

·Terry and Patricia Bartlein have purchased a 4,500 SF building located at 3520 South River Road in West Bend, Wisconsin. They plan to use the space for a motorcycle and automobile detail shop. Adam Williquette of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.

·Saturn Lounge Photography and Digital Color, Inc. has leased 14,618 SF located at N8 W22323 Johnson Drive in Pewaukee, Wisconsin from Christopher J. Kobach. Kobach in the transaction.

·Tighe-Zeman Equipment, LLC has renewed their lease of 3,200 SF located at N50 W13740 Overview Drive in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin with Kemp Development, Inc. Adam Matson, Tony Bareta and Barry Chavin of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction in the transaction.
