MILWAUKEE, WI, December 7, 2010 – NAI MLG Commercial is pleased to announce the details of some of our recently completed transactions:

· Batteries Plus, LLC, DBA Batteries Plus Light Bulbs has leased 1,800 SF located at 1130-1260 W Sunset Dr in Waukesha, Wisconsin from Opus Development Corporation. Brian J. Vanevenhoven of NAI MLG Commercial represented Batteries Plus, LLC in the transaction.

· National Association of Catholic Chaplains has leased space located at 4915 S Howell Ave in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from Town Realty, Inc. Tim Janusz and Joe Powers of NAI MLG Commercial represented National Association of Catholic Chaplains in the transaction.

· E&R Machine Products, Inc. has sold 10,500 SF located at 405 Travis Ln in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Blue Fox Enterprises, LLC. Adam Matson and Brett J. Garceau of NAI MLG Commercial handled the transaction.
