Property Manager – Madison

NAI MLG Commercial is seeking an energetic, experienced Property Manager to oversee office, industrial and retail properties throughout the Madison metro area.  Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years’ experience managing commercial properties, and should excel at tenant and owner relations, financial budgeting and reporting, managing building operations and overseeing tenant improvement projects.  Our clients include both individual and institutional property owners, so candidates should be experienced in maintaining both types of relationships.   Candidates should also be experienced in, and excel at, accurate monthly fiscal reporting to clients.  Property Managers work closely with our in-house property accounting team, and should have a good understanding of the financial aspects of the properties they manage.  Property Managers work in tandem with the NAI MLG Commercial property maintenance staff as well as the NAI MLG Commercial brokers, forming a team that provides exceptional client service.  A CPM designation and familiarity with YARDI and Building Engines are plusses.  Candidates should be technically savvy, have intermediate skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel 2016, and be skilled smart phone and tablet users.   A valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson’s license preferred, but is not necessary.

Broker Intern

NAI MLG Commercial is seeking a Broker Intern to work part-time (approximately 15-25 hours per week, M-F, 7:30-5:30) during the school year at our office in downtown Milwaukee.  Additional hours may be available during the summer and winter breaks.  Ideal candidates will have an interest in commercial real estate and be able to stay with us and grow with our organization for a year or more.  This is not a summer-only or semester-only internship.  Ideally, we are seeking students graduating from college in May 2018 or later.  Other students with earlier graduation dates will also be considered.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, a valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and good academic performance to date are required.   Responsibilities include assisting brokers in the preparation of proposals, marketing materials, client reports and presentation materials, cataloging tenants, collecting data and updating databases, compiling market data and trends, accompanying brokers on site tours, photographing properties, assisting segment support specialists and more.  This is a paid internship.
