Scope of Service Experience
Carey joined NAI MLG Commercial in 2001, and oversees all facets of NAI MLG Commercial’s human resource and office administration functions, including payroll, recruiting, employee benefits, employment law compliance, employment policies and procedures, facility and office management, and IT project management. Prior to assuming the role of Director of Human Resources and Office Administration, Carey served as NAI MLG Commercial’s Director of Marketing for two years.
Carey attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Carey served as the NAI Central Region Marketing Steering Committee Leader in 2002-2003, and is a three time recipient of NAI MLG Commercial’s Employee Leadership Award.
Background & Experience
Carey brought over 15 years of project and team management experience to NAI MLG Commercial. Prior to joining NAI MLG Commercial, Carey spent a year with Kedestra, Inc., a start-up technology services company specializing in web-based software applications for the commercial real estate industry. In her role as manager of administrative services at Kedestra, Inc., she was responsible for human resource administration, accounting, payroll, office management, legal document preparation, vendor relations, software documentation and training material development, client training, software alpha testing and product support. Carey also spent ten years with Roundy’s, Inc., where she held various IT, procurement, training, and team and project management positions.
