Karen joined the company in June 1990. Karen specializes in office leasing, commercial property sales, site selection, land development and commercial investment sales.
Karen earned her B.A. in education from De Pauw-University in Greencastle, Indiana. Karen earned her CCIM designation in August 1996 and has served as a director and a former president of the Wisconsin CCIM chapter.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining the company, she was a commercial real estate broker for the Milwaukee Investment Realty Company from 1986-1990. Her primary focus at Milwaukee Investment Realty was the sale of apartment buildings and complexes.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
Karen is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin and has served in several board positions with the association. She is a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, the National Association of Realtors, the Waukesha County Board of Realtors. A former president of the Wisconsin CCIM chapter, she continues her association with the local and national institute.
Marcus Theatres-Delafield, Wisconsin, Told Companies & Home Depot-Delafield, Wisconsin, Mandel Group-development in Brookfield, Wisconsin, St. Mary’s Church-sold their additional land in Elm Grove, Wisconsin, sold 50 acres at Hwy 83 & I-94 for commercial development, sold Willow Run Golf Course in Pewaukee, Wisconsin at Hwy T & I-94, sold 75 acres in the Hwy XX and Southwest quadrant of Waukesha, Wisconsin, sold Oconomowoc Corporate Center in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin at Hwy 67 & I-94, sold 40 acres Nimrod Horse Farm at Hwy 67 & DR along I-94 in Summit, Wisconsin and sold 15 acres to Steinhafel’s Fine Furniture at Hwy 10 & I-43 in Grafton, Wisconsin.
